What services do you offer?

I provide 1:1 LinkedIn® coaching and training.

My coaching services include a VIP Day, Nurture Your LinkedIn®, profile audits, full profile rewrites and Power Hours.

I also offer two types of training: bespoke team training and LinkedIn® Essentials, where I bring small business owners together for practical, confidence-building sessions.

Who are your services for?

My services are designed for business owners, sole traders and those running networking or membership groups who want to feel confident and intentional on LinkedIn.

Once you have the right foundations in place, LinkedIn® becomes far less overwhelming and far more effective.

Which platforms do you cover?

I work solely with LinkedIn®.

However, I have a strong network of trusted social media specialists and can refer you if you need support with other platforms.

What areas do you cover?

I’m based in Northampton and work with clients across Northampton, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Leicester, Peterborough and the surrounding areas.

Coaching can be delivered remotely.

For training and VIP Days, I generally prefer to work in person to build rapport and maximise impact.

How does one-on-one coaching work?

My 1:1 coaching is tailored to your goals.

We can cover everything from navigating LinkedIn® confidently to refining your profile, creating content, building visibility and understanding your analytics.

Sessions are focused, practical and designed to move you forward.

What is the difference between coaching and training?

Coaching is an ongoing relationship where I support you and hold you accountable.

We meet regularly via Teams and focus on a specific area each time. You’ll have actions to work on between sessions, and we use our time together to review progress and tackle any challenges that have come up.

Training, on the other hand, is delivered to a group and focuses on building knowledge and practical skills within a set structure.

What is your approach to coaching?

My coaching is practical, supportive and focused on what you actually need.

We work on the areas where you need clarity or confidence, and you’ll leave each session with a clear action plan.

I also provide tools and checklists you can come back to again and again, so you’re not starting from scratch every time.

What is your approach to training?

My training is practical and interactive. There’s zero judgment and no such thing as a stupid question.

If I’m training your team, clients or members, I’ll design something bespoke around your objectives.

If you’re a small business owner who wants practical LinkedIn® training without the corporate feel, LinkedIn® Essentials is where you’ll fit right in.

How long are training sessions?

Training sessions range from a couple of hours to a full day.

I don’t believe in throwing everything at you at once. Where possible, I prefer bite-sized sessions delivered over a number of weeks, with time in between for implementation.

Some organisations prefer a full-day format, and that’s absolutely fine. I always build in practical time during the day, but implementation afterwards is down to the delegates.

Do you offer remote training?

Yes.

I deliver both online and in-person sessions, depending on what works best for you.

What makes your training different?

I deliver practical training. There’s no heavy theory and no generic slide decks.
Everything is designed around the real problems and blockers your team or group are facing, so it genuinely hits the mark and feels relevant from the start.

With over 25 years’ experience working in small and medium-sized businesses, as well as within a blue-chip corporate, and more recently in social media, I understand the pressures, expectations and time constraints you’re working with. I know what it’s like to be where you are.

I’m a big believer in community, collaboration and learning together. Training should feel supportive, not intimidating.

And as a retired rugby player, I understand teamwork, momentum and the importance of showing up consistently. All of which matter on LinkedIn too.

How do you stay up to date?

LinkedIn® changes regularly, so staying current is part of my job.

I read extensively, learn from other social media specialists and am a member of three paid membership communities, including one dedicated solely to LinkedIn®.

I attend Uplift Live (a conference solely focusing on LinkedIn®) and regularly invest in training, so my clients benefit from up-to-date insight and best practice.

What are your credentials?

I have trained 100's of people on how to effectively used LinkedIn®. I hold diplomas in Marketing Management and Direct Marketing from Staffordshire University and the University of London.

I trained with TechPixies and gained their step-by-step social media qualification in 2019. I also trained in Facebook and Instagram advertising with The Two Lauras.

I previously freelanced as a Social Media Marketing Manager, working across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.

I am a founding member of Espresso+ for LinkedIn enthusiasts and a member of Digital Women, regularly attending programmes and gaining CPD certification.

Not sure which service?

That’s completely normal.

We can arrange a short discovery call to explore your goals, and I’ll recommend the most appropriate next step for you.

Do you offer coaching for people who are new to LinkedIn®?

Yes.

I work with clients at all stages, from those just getting started to experienced professionals who want to refresh their approach and rebuild confidence.

I don’t have much time. How much time will LinkedIn® realistically take?

LinkedIn® You do not need to be on LinkedIn® all day. In fact, I would actively discourage that.

With the right structure in place, most of my clients spend between 30 and 90 minutes a week on LinkedIn®. The key is knowing what to focus on and what to ignore.

Part of my job is helping you build a simple, sustainable routine that fits around your business, not takes it over..

I’m not comfortable posting. Do I have to create loads of content?

No. And definitely not for the sake of it.

LinkedIn® is not about churning out daily posts. It’s about being visible in a way that feels authentic and manageable.

Some clients want a strong content strategy. Others simply want to show up more consistently and confidently. We work at your pace and build from there.
You will never be pushed to do something that feels completely out of alignment.

What if LinkedIn® just doesn’t work for my type of business?

LinkedIn® works really well for relationship-led businesses, service providers, consultants and business owners who sell expertise.

It may not be the right platform for every single business model, and I’ll always be honest about that.
If you are looking to build credibility, strengthen your professional network and generate conversations rather than quick wins, LinkedIn® is often a very strong fit.

And if it genuinely isn’t right for you, I would rather tell you that upfront.
