Hi, I’m Marianne Your LinkedIn confidence coach and business supporter

Passionate about helping you grow your business through the power of team work
Businesses thrive when the right people come together and feel truly engaged whether it's your customers or your team. Great things happen when you have the right support around you.

I bring a mix of LinkedIn know-how, and years of experience in project management, customer services, and social media to support you and your business thrive on LinkedIn.

But more than that, I bring practical hands-on support and a genuine passon to help you thrive.

Let me be your coach, your team mate, your supporter

Community. It’s not just a nice-to-have, it’s your starting line-up.

Some people see community as a ‘nice to have’ - useful but not essential.
But not me. I believe your LinkedIn community is part of your core team, the ones on the pitch with you, helping you move the ball forward and score those all-important tries.

It’s your happy clients turning into fans in the stands. It’s the collaborators and advisers who’ve always got your back. It’s your team, the ones making the magic happen behind the scenes, day in and day out.

That’s the power of a strong LinkedIn community.

And I’m here to help you build it, nurture it, and turn it into your business advantage.

This photo is from the SMM Meetup – just a few of my lovely LinkedIn community in real life! I love meeting up face to face whenever I can – real-life connections are where the magic happens.

Why choose me to work with?

A few years ago I was lucky to be training with a group of amazing women and there was an exercise where we were asked to find 20 friends and colleagues to describe us in three words. There are mine. They tell you a lot about me and what I’ll bring to the team working with you.

Loyal

I’ll be there by your side, supporting and encouraging you because you’re not alone. Taking one step at a time and learning together, I’ll even get down in the mud with you if that’s where you need me.

Fun

Positivity, openness, and fun make businesses great. Good working relationships are key to success, whether you’re a small team or a huge corporation. I’m pleased that people say I’m fun to work with.

Organised

You can have confidence in our work together. I plan, structure, and research; helping others set effective plans, too. Having a plan is how we make amazing things happen!

But, of course, it’s not all about work, is it?   What else is important to me?  I'm a people person, a proud fur baby mum, a huge rugby fanatic and I love, love coffee, red wine and chocolate!

Marianne LinkedIn Trainer in Saints shirt, Martin Bayfield (ex Professional Rugby Player - Saints, England and TV presenter)

In person meet ups: I cohost LinkedIn LocalTM Birmingham alongside marketing guru Gus Bhandal and I'm a Buzz ambassador.
I love meeting new people.

Pets: I have a gorgeous bouncy Yellow Labrador called Humphrey and a milk-obsessed black cat called Pumpkin and a new kitten called Hamish who is an escape artist in the making.

Rugby: I'm a retired rugby player and love the sport. I'm a season ticket holder at Northampton Saints and volunteer with the Foundation.

Food and Drink: I love coffee and red wine and am rather partial to a glass of bubbles. I love chocolate and cake, together even better.

A great business, particularly on social media, is all about people and personal touch.

Let's get to know each other to see how I can help you thrive.
